Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a call with, or buy coaching from, FearlessAI, operated by Patricia Regalado Love ("we", "us", "I"). By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
What we offer
FearlessAI provides one to one AI coaching for working adults (the Professionals stream). Sessions are delivered online. We also offer a free discovery call to talk about your situation before you commit to anything. Our Parents and Businesses streams are not yet available for sale.
Booking a discovery call
The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. If you need to rearrange, please let us know in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Sessions, packages, and prices
We offer individual sessions, session bundles, an open "ask me anything" session, and a reduced rate for returning graduates. The price of each one is shown clearly before you pay, either on our website or when you book your session, so you always know the cost in advance.
Our current rates are introductory and we expect them to rise over time. Prices are in pounds sterling. FearlessAI is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We may update our prices from time to time, but a change will never affect a session or bundle you have already paid for.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, we will set up your access to the client portal and arrange your sessions.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You can reschedule a booked session as long as you give at least 48 hours' notice, at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full (or, where you are using a prepaid credit, that credit is treated as used). Prepaid sessions and bundle credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Refunds and your right to cancel
Because you buy from us online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days, for a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. There is one important exception. If you ask us to begin your coaching within that 14 day period (for example, by booking and attending a session), you are agreeing that the service is starting, and you will lose the right to a full refund for any session that has already been delivered. In that situation we will refund the value of any sessions you have paid for but not yet used. To cancel within the 14 days, just email us at patricia@fearlessai.ai.
What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you
We will deliver each session with care and to the best of our ability, and prepare materials tailored to you. Coaching is educational. We help you build skills and confidence with AI tools, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and nothing we provide is legal, financial, or professional advice for your particular circumstances. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
Your materials and our materials
Course materials, summaries, and resources we create remain our intellectual property and are for your personal use. Anything you share with us (for example session recordings) remains yours; you give us permission to use it only to deliver your coaching.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the sessions concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. (If you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, this should be changed to your jurisdiction.)
